Apex Laser Creations – Return & Refund Policy

At Apex Laser Creations, every item is custom-made with precision and care. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we maintain a limited return policy to ensure quality while protecting the integrity of custom work.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns or replacements are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • Defective Product
    The item has a manufacturing defect, damage, or flaw that impacts its functionality or appearance.
  • Incorrect Engraving
    The final engraving does not match the approved proof or mockup provided to and confirmed by the customer prior to production.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Customer-approved designs with errors (including spelling, grammar, or layout)
  • Changes of mind after order approval or delivery
  • Custom or personalized items that match the approved proof
  • Normal variations in engraving (minor differences in shading, tone, or material response)
  • Damage caused by misuse, drops, or improper care after delivery

Return Process

To request a return or replacement:

  1. Contact us within 5 days of delivery
    Email or message us with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide photo evidence
    Clear photos showing the defect or discrepancy must be included.
  3. Review & Approval
    We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Resolution Options

If your return is approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the item at no additional cost
  • Refund (issued to the original payment method)

Note: In some cases, we may require the item to be returned before issuing a replacement or refund.

Additional Notes

  • All designs are approved by the customer prior to engraving—this approval confirms accuracy and final production readiness.
  • We take pride in delivering high-quality, laser-engraved products and stand behind our craftsmanship.
